Incognito Will Remain Suspended For The Season

According to an AP source Richard Incognito will be suspended for the rest of the season however he will get paid.  The bullying scandal that led to his suspension is still under investigation by the NFL.

Jonathan Martin who left on October 28 after a cafeteria prank was played has been put November 30 by the Dolphins on the reserve non football list which ended his season.  Incognito was suspended on  November 3 after Martin accused his teammates of harassment specifically Incognito.  On November 14 he filed a grievance against the Dolphins which was withdrawn later.

The Dolphins didn't comment on it only saying that he had agreed to "maintain his suspension" until the end of the investigation.
