Blackmon Suspended For Four Games

Justin Blackmon  wide receiver for Jacksonville Jaguars was suspended for four games for violating the NFL substance abuse policy.  This is not his first offense.  In 2010 he was arrested for DUI while playing for Oklahoma State which resulted in a one game suspension.  Last June he was arrested again but this time no action was taken.  The suspension could result in a significant loss for him since according to the contract the Jaguars do not have to pay him the remaining $10 million from the $18.5 million four year contract.  However as of now it looks like the Jaguars will continue to keep him.
