Interesting football tidbits

Here are a few tidbits of football that has been in the news lately.

Forbes Magazine released a list of the ten most expensive games in 2014.  The two super bowl champions, Seattle Seahawks and the Broncos top the list with their ticket prices.  The average price for a Seahawks game is over $450 and the for the Broncos about $300.00.  Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers and the New York Giants are also on the list with the average ticket price of about $365 .

Aldon Smith is one lucky guy.  On April 13 he was arrested  for a false bomb threat at LAX after being selected by the TSA for secondary screening.  There was speculation that he will be charged with a felony but it was downgraded today to a misdemeanor.

NFL owners will discuss whether they should or shouldn't extend the playoffs next month in Atlanta at a meeting.  Any changes will be probably be seen in the 2015 season.
