Reorganization of NFL Teams

Things have become very quiet in the football field.  People have gone straight from the super bowl to the olympics.  In the meantime some teams have made some changes  to prepare themselves for the next football season.  Here are just two updates.

The Rams have hired Greg Williams as their defensive coordinator.  He was suspended by the NFL for his role in the New Orleans Bountygate Scandal.  Ram's coach Jeff Fischer stated that he is excited and he believes "Gregg is an outstanding football coach and is capable of taking our defense to the next level.

John Elway's contract with the Broncos was extended for another four years all the way through 2017.  They were extremely happy with his work.  Until now he was executive vice president of football operations, now he will also be general manager.

These are only two of quite a few changes.  It will be interesting to watch how all these changes are going to affect next year's football season.
