Kyle Orton Might Take Tony Romo's Place On Sunday

Tony Romo, quarterback for Dallas Cowboys received an epidural injection to relieve the pain of his herniated disc after Sunday's game.  Doctors can usually tell with in three days if the treatment has helped.  This is usually the treatment for this condition and the Cowboys are hoping that he will make it to Sunday nights game against the Eagles.

Romo has called Jerry Jones to update him on his condition.  Jones right away said that if Romo won't be able to make it then his backup Kyle Orton will take his place saying "That's why we signed Kyle Orton for over $10 million a few years ago just for this very occasion.  Kyle has a very strong arm he is very experienced".

Romo has been advised by doctors that eventally he will require surgery but so far it has not been scheduled yet.
