Another Case of Bullying?

Apparently the Dolphins scandal might not be an isolated case.  Former Eagles player, Shawn Andrews claims that his former teammate Donovan McNabb harassed him and spread rumors about him.

Andrews had told a reporter that his time with the Eagles was "a living hell" .  He claims that McNabb was the one that made the atmosphere in the locker room so unpleasant saying  "Bully is a strong work but he was degrading me and spreading rumors."  He regretted not speaking about earlier.

McNabb denied all accusations.  He claimed that all this is "new to me" .  He also wondered where Andrews was until now since the alleged bullying could only have happened when they were together which was in 2009.  There are some former players that back McNabb.

Whether or not the allegations are true steps must be taken to enforce proper locker room behavior in the NFL.  With the Dolphins scandal and now this you can almost wonder if you are reading a high school novel where the kids are still learning how to get along with each other.  Besides for it not being safe the NFL players should model proper respectful behaviors with each other since so many young people  look up to them.
