Case Against Former Penn State Official To Proceed

Former Penn State officials  Gary Schultz, Tim Curley and Graham Spanier  were accused of hiding complaints of abuse against Jerry Sandusky.  A grand jury charged them with perjury, endangering the welfare of children and failure to report abuse.  They tried to have the grand jury's charges dismissed because of the actions of Cynthia Baldwin former general counsel for Penn State which they claimed violated their rights to a legal counsel.  However Judge Feudale dismissed their complaints saying that in hindsight he should have questioned Baldwin more however he fails to say how they were misrepresented and the case can move forward.
