16 years ago  Inita Berry Paige was shot by her husband Danny Foster.   In her hands at the time of the shooting was her son Reuben.  She suffered a collapsed lung and her son suffered from a skin infection.  Danny was caught and indicted by a grand jury however he escaped.  He was caught again but escaped from jail in 1996.   He was caught again this week in Miami where he was living with a new identity.

The little boy that was in his mothers hand  when she was shot was Reuben Foster.  Reuben  is a football player that has recently signed up with the University of Alabama.  He attends Auburn High School and originally wanted to attend Auburn University  but changed his mind when their football coach Gene Chizik  and his recruiter  Trooper Taylor were fired.
