Martin Is Done With The Dolphins

The Dolphins have officially dropped Jonathan Martin from their 53 man roster.  Martin has already said that he would not  play for the Dolphins again.  He left the team on October 28 after being the victim of a cafeteria prank played on him.  He has since accused Richard Incognito for harassing him.  Ted Wells, an attorney is investigating the accusations for the NFL.

According to ESPN Joe Philbin had wanted to release Incognito in May 2012 for harassing a voluteer during the teams charity golf tournament.   He was overruled and Incognito stayed on.

Incognito was suspended with a maximum of four games.  He filed an expedited grievance hearing.   They reached an agreement last week in which his financial loss would be cut to two games.  In exchange he agreed to continue his suspension for another two weeks.  The decision about his future was pushed to December 16.
