Unruly Fan Banned By Bills

During yesterdays game between Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets at the Ralph Wilson Stadium  an unruly fan fell onto a different fan below.

The incident that was caught on video shows him sliding down the railing on the 300 level before he flipped backwards and fell 30 feet to the 200 level.  He fell on to the neck and shoulders of a different fan.  Both men were treated and taken to a hospital for their injuries.

In a statement Bills President Russ Brandon said that the fan would not be allowed to enter the stadium again.  He called the fans behavior a violation of the fan code of conduct.  Mark Poloncarcz, Erie County executive supported the ban saying that the fan was irresponsible and is a danger to other people.

The Erie County Sheriff is investigating the incident and charges may still be filed.
