Richie Incognito Files Grievance Against Team

Richie Incognito has been suspended for his alleged harassment against Jonathan Martin.   He has now filed a non-injury grievance against the Miami Dolphins in which he is challenging his suspension.  He is requesting that a hearing should be held quickly so that he can resume playing for the Dolphins.

According to Article 43 Section 4 the hearing will most likely be held within seven days.  He can be suspended up to a maximum of four games and lose another weeks pay.

Martin is scheduled to meet on Friday with Ted Wells, the lawyer hired by the NFL to investigate the accusations.
