In an interview that he gave Richie Incognito said that his actions were coming from a place of love and if he could he would give Jonathan Martin a hug. It looks like a hug won't be enough since he is facing up to a four game suspension according to the deal struck between the players union and the NFL which means that by Week 14 he can either be playing again or released. The NFL might decide to suspend him again based on their ongoing investigation. A final decision will most probably be made on December 2.
Jonathan Martin is scheduled to release a video statement later this week in which he will bring his side of the story. The video will not be an interview. It would basically explain his decision of leaving the team indefinitely.
