A Couples Strange Bet

John Grant and his wife Nicole are fans of different teams.  John is a Bears fan and Nicole is Packers fan.  On Monday night when the Bears played against the Packers the couple decided to bet on it but not with money, with stunt guns.  Nicole told John that if the Packers lost he would shoot her with the stunt gun and that is exactly what happened.  

Police received a call from Nicole saying that her husband had shot her three times.  When they investigated John showed police his phone in which she sent him a text saying that he can shoot her.  He also showed them a video of her laughing as she is being shot.  Nicole says that she didn't think her husband would actually do it. Since she actually agreed to it he will not be charged.  He was however charged with owning a stunt gun which is illegal in Wisconsin without a permit.  

If convicted he may face up to six years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
