Opening Games

The football season has officially begun and fans all over were watching and cheering today as teams played against each other.  Here is a rundown of the exciting games that took place.

The 49ers were lucky today.  Boldin and Kaepernick led the team to a 34-28 victory against the Packers in San Francisco.

Sean Payton was back Sunday when the Saints beat the Atlanta Falcons 23-17.

The Cardinals really tried their best at Edwards Jones Dome. Apparently their best is not enough.  The Rams beat them 27-24.

The Bills thought that a change of staff is what they needed. It became obvious that they needed more when the Patriots beat them 23-21 today.

In Charlotte, N. C.  the Seahawks beat the Panthers 12-7 in the opening game.

In a close call Geno Smith led the Jets to an 18-17 victory over the Buccaneers.

It sounds like a lot but it is only the beginning of a season that will be a very interesting one to follow.
