Kevin Hayes was a 49ers football fan. On Sunday September 8 he was at Candlestick Park when he fell from a pedestrian overpass before the game. He died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. His older brother Jeffrey was with him. Fans that saw the accident claim that Kevin was drunk however his family claims that is not the case. According to the police it is unclear yet whether alcohol played a role and the toxicology reports will still take a while. Kevin's was supposed to be the m best man at his brothers wedding this weekend. The wedding is still scheduled to take place but unfortunately Kevin will not be there.
