Josh Brent Will Attend Court Hearing On Friday

Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was driving with teammate Jerry Brown on December 8, 2012 when the car crashed.  Brown was killed instantly and Brent was charged with intoxication manslaughter.  Part of the conditions for his release on bail were that he wear and alcohol monitoring device to make sure that he doesn't take any alcoholic beverages.  According to a spokesman for the prosecutor's office  he did have alcohol in his system and they are heading to court to have his $100,000  bond revoked.  Brent denies having any alcoholic beverages and his attorneys are trying to figure out if there is anything else that could have triggered it for example mouth wash.
