Revis Receives Clearance From Doctors

Darelle Revis, New York Jets cornerback injured his left knee during the third Jets game of  the 2012 season and has had surgery on it.  He has been rehabilitating it since the surgery and on Monday he took and MRI exam to check it's progress.  His doctor was pleased with the way it was healing  and gave him clearance to be able to run without any restrictions.  A few hours later he showed up at the Jets first off season workout.  The Jets have told him that he needs to show up 80% of the time or risk losing $3 million in bonus money.  Revis is entering the last year of a four year contract and would most likely be a free agent in 2014.  The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are keeping an eye on him but they would want to see the progress of his knee themselves before hiring him.
