After the Jerry Sandusky scandal the NCAA punished Penn State by canceling 112 wins, a four year bowl game ban for the football program and a $60 million fine. Now the Pennyslvania governer announced that he will fight it in court saying that these are "harsh penalties " and does not punish the person that commited the crime only the students, businness around the university, and university itself.
